Orange Peel (Material)

Two to three orange peel                                                         Water or rose water

Method of use

Grind orange peel and make powder. Make a paste by mixing water or perfume during this powder. Paste apply on the face and after drying,  face wash with fresh water. This paste can be used once a week.

How does it help?

Orange peel has vitamin C, whose antioxidant properties are more beneficial for the skin. A paste made from orange peel also acts as natural bleach. It removes the dirt of the skin and makes it clean and shiny.

 Wheat Flour(Material)

A spoonful of wheat flour                                                Two teaspoons sesame oil

A spoonful of turmeric

Method of use

Make a thick paste by mixing wheat flour, sesame oil, and turmeric in a bowl. Apply this paste on the face and after ten minutes wash the face with lukewarm water. You are advised to apply this paste once a week.

How does it help?

Wheat flour helps to remove facial dirt.

Yogurt (Material)

Half cup yogurt                                        One or two teaspoons of lemon or fruit juice

Method of use

Take yogurt during a bowl and blend lemon or fruit juice in it. Apply this mixture on the face and after ten to fifteen minutes wash the face with lukewarm water. Lastly don’t forget to scrub your face even with cold water.

There are some probiotic ingredients in yogurt, which protect our skin from the harmful rays of the sun. These elements reduce skin spots and make them shiny. (18)

Papaya(Material)

Some pieces of baked papaya

One or two teaspoons lemon juice

Method of use

Crush papaya pieces and add lemon juice to it. Apply this paste well on the face. After ten minutes wash the face with water. You are advised to apply this paste once or twice a week.

How does it help?

Papaya contains vitamin A, vitamin C, and papain. Both these vitamins act as antioxidants. Whereas the papa cleanses the pores on our skin and enhances the skin.

Egg(Material)

A raw egg white                                   Half potato juice

Method of use

Mix potato juice with white liquid from raw eggs. Apply this mixture on the face. When the mixture dries, wash the face with water.

How does it help?

Proteins and lots of other nutrients are found in eggs. These nutrients help to keep our skin healthy.

Avocado(Material)

A spoonful of crushed or crushed avocado Three to four drops of lavender oil

Method of use

Prepare a mixture by mixing avocado and lavender oil. Apply this mixture on the face for fifteen to twenty minutes. After this wash the face with lukewarm water. This recipe is often used once or twice every week.

Strawberry(Material)

One or two strawberries A spoonful of chocolate or cocoa powder

A spoonful of honey

Method of use

Make a thick paste by mixing strawberries, chocolate powder, and honey. Apply this paste on the face. After fifteen minutes wash the face with lukewarm water.

How does it help?

Strawberries help maintain the required level of moisture in our skin.

Walnuts(Material)

Three to four walnuts                                                Two tablespoons of oatmeal

A spoonful of honey                                                   A spoonful of cream

Four drops olive oil

Method of use

Mix all the ingredients and prepare a thick paste. Apply this paste on the face and after a short time wash the face with lukewarm water.

How does it help?

Nutrients present in walnuts remove the dryness of the skin and make it shiny. Instead of this paste, vegetable oil also can be applied to the skin.

Glycerines (Material)

Half or one teaspoon glycerine A pinch of turmeric

A spoonful of honey

Method of use

Make a thick paste by mixing glycerin and turmeric with honey.

Apply this paste on the face and after drying wash the face with water.
